What credit score do I need to qualify?
A score of 620+ with stable income generally qualifies. We look at the full picture — employment history, income-to-rent ratio (3x monthly rent), and rental history — not just the number.
Can I apply if I'm relocating from another state?
Yes. We work with out-of-state applicants regularly. You can self-tour remotely via video or schedule an in-person self-tour when you arrive. Pre-qualification happens fully online.
Do you allow large dogs?
Most of our properties have no weight limit. A few have breed restrictions set by insurance carriers. Each listing states its pet policy clearly before you apply.
How long is the lease?
12-month minimum, with option to renew. Some properties also offer 18- or 24-month leases at a slightly lower monthly rate.
Do you report rent payments to credit bureaus?
Yes — on-time rent payments are reported to all three major credit bureaus. Great for building credit history if you plan to buy a home later.
Can I tour without an agent?
Absolutely. All our homes support self-tours. Schedule a time, show up, unlock the door with your phone, take your time. No pressure, no pushy sales.
How fast can I actually move in?
Average turnaround is 14 days from application to keys. If the home is available immediately and your application is complete, we've done it in as little as 5 days.
